Cigar Dude

Hi folks, welcome to Cigar Dude! I’m the Cigar Dude, but you can call me junglepete. My financial advisor, ML, suggested that I start blogging because he says that’s what will make the site popular. “Talk about cigars” he says, so now I’m a blogger…go figure, I’m so with it aren’t I? The reason I want this site to be popular is because perhaps one day I would like to sell cigars here, but not just yet. In the mean time, I would like to provide a site for the regular cigar Joe’s and Jane’s of the world to get a whole pile of cigar info; a place that will provide links to the best deals, the best reviews, the best cigar info, blah blah blah….okay, it will be a site with all kinds of great cigar information and more. Right now I am just feeling my way through one step at a time, so if you have any suggestions/comments, feel free to fire away. I’m probably not going to re-invent the wheel here in that there is already a ton of great cigar info out there in cyberspace. What I will do is try to collect it all in a fashionably organized manner so you can just click on a link to get there. As it stands, what you see now is a very rough layout…nothing in stone here, flexibility at its finest…and everything is just brainstorming for the time being. I want a picture of that old women smoking an Imenso cigar for sure! The first link I’ll steer you to is a great one; it’s my home away from home and a great place for any cigar smoker to hang out, and you’ll probably find me there when I am not blogging here, hence the name junglepete. Be prepared to increase your cigar inventory and storage, it is the inevitable course of a true Cigar Geek! Just so you know I am a real Cigar Dude, I’m smoking a Montecristo Classic Robusto and enjoying it with some Appleton Estate Rum on the rocks.
